Having problems or do not have time to set things up? You can choose to buy support from the author directly. From integrating FOP click-to-dial and screen pop features with a web based groupware application to setting up monitoring for a call center.

Requirements:
  • Linux already installed on the system.
  • Asterisk installed and working.
  • Secure Shell (ssh) access.
FOP Basic Installation: $80 USD
Inluding the installation and configuration of FOP with 28 buttons for monitoring your phones, queues and conferences, setting up asterisk for barge-in to work


FOP Advanced Installation: $140 USD
Includes the Basic Installation increasing the number of buttons to 120, in the same screen or separate using panel_contexts, and customizing the layout to match your web site (you cannot change the icons, but the general style, background image, etc).


FOP Integration:
To integrate FOP with a web based application, including user authentication, screen pops, click-to-dial, etc..

Sponsored Development

If you want new features to be added to FOP and want to share them with the community you can choose for sponsoring their development. You won't hold the copyright for such aditions, and they will be included in the standard GPL distribution. A business that choose to sponsor FOP can rest assured knowing that they are supporting the development of FOP and the associated open source community and will receive a quality product delivered at the end of the process. Full acknowledgments will be given to sponsors, commensurate to their contribution. This allows the sponsor to receive some publicity on all FOP installs.

Custom Development

If you need a custom application or configuration for your Asterisk PBX, based on FOP or not, I might be able to help. I can deploy custom IVRs, applications, etc. You will be holding the copyright of my work, and might choose to disclaim the rights if you want them to be released.
