Sanjay, those four lines are the colores of the oval led in your buttons.. 
ledcolor_ready=0x00A000 is the green colore of the lef when the user has no 
calls 
ledcolor_busy=0xA01020 is the red colore of the oval led when the user is on a 
call
ledcolor_agent=0xD0d020 is the YELLOW colore of the oval led when it becomes a 
member of the queue
 
you can change the variables after the "=" and you will get a wide range of 
colores.. 
the will be the help i can offer you if i understood your question right..
